We had a very enjoyable 3 night stay as guests of Sharon our impeccable host. Our room was very pretty and comfortable. The location is close to the beach and boardwalk entertainments but just enough removed to be quiet and restful. A nice touch are the free bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas both sun and rain. We hope to make a return visit and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends. Thank you Sharon and all the staff for making our stay so relaxing I wish we could have stayed longer.

We had the BEST experience at the Delaware Inn! We recently stayed there for 2 nights to celebrate our 1 year wedding anniversary and couldn't be happier that we decided to stay there! We stayed in two different rooms (4 and 7) and both were great. Room 4 is very big and this was the favorite of the two. Breakfasts were delicious and we really enjoyed them. Very close to the beach, just a very short walk, which was perfect. Very close to a lot of good restaurants and the shopping area. We have never stayed at a B&B before, but would definitely stay here again!

Sharon and her staff at the Delaware Inn made our stay a memorable one. The location was perfect for us. A short walk to the boardwalk, beach and 2 blocks from the main street. We used the available bikes to ride to the cute town of Lewes one morning and had lunch. The coffee and breakfasts were delicious. We were 3 couples in Rehoboth for a beach wedding and everyone enjoyed our stay. Hopefully we will be back for another relaxing stay at the Delaware Inn.

I agree with other former guests by saying that this B&B is in a great location if you enjoy the beach, boardwalk, shops, and restaurants. The house itself is very clean and nicely decorated. My husband and I enjoyed sitting out on the front porch to eat breakfast, read, and relax. The innkeeper and staff were very friendly and accomodating. We loved that they offered beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and bikes...less for us to pack!

We stayed at this lovely B&B off-season when we went to Rehobeth for the Polar Bear Plunge festival (benefitting Special Olympics Delaware). It was our first time staying at this B&B. The innkeeper, Sharon, was friendly and accommodating. The breakfasts and the late evening desserts were lovely, and our room was beautiful and roomy (room #4). The furniture in our BR was beautiful and interesting. The bed was very comfortable. And the bathroom (this particular room has its own bath) was roomy and well-appointed. Breakfast the first day was 1/2 a grapefruit and then a Belgian waffle topped with berries and whipped cream, served with bacon. The second morning we had a fruit & yogurt parfait with home made granola and then a veggie omelette of spinach, mushroom and feta. There were 2 kinds of juices, coffee and an assortment of teas, as well. The location was just a couple blocks from the boardwalk and very close to Rehobeth Ave., which is the main drag heading in toward the boardwalk. We were able to walk to the convention center, the beach shops and all of the restaurants, bars and hotels we planned to visit. I'd definitely like to try this B&B on-season as I'd bet it is even more lovely then.

This was our 2nd time staying at the Delaware Inn (1st time in October 2010). I still cannot say enough about this Inn -- it is clean, delicious breakfast (truly cooked with love), sweet treats to end your evening, great location, QUIET and cozy, all made this way because of Sharon (Innkeeper). Sharon is helpful for restaurant recommendations, places to go, things to do. We hope to make this an annual tradition -- the Fall season at the beach is a great experience, especially in Rehoboth!

I'm a repeat customer at Delaware Inn. It's always super clean and the innkeeper, Sharon, knows the right balance between accommodating hospitality and giving visitors their space. The breakfasts are interesting, made to order. The rooms are always well kept and the whole Inn is superbly run. It's well within walking distance of so many great restaurants, the beach itself and the main street in Rehoboth, it's a wonder why anyone would want to stay anywhere else!
